We're really proud to present South London Cares' second annual report. Over the past two and a half years, our model has developed and grown. In that time we've built a network of 1,500 young professionals and 1,000 older neighbours sharing time, laughter, new experiences and ultimately friendship.

Together, those people have now enjoyed a total of 55,132 interactions, 9,438 volunteer hours, 482 social clubs and 1,980 one-to-one hours – to reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing, confidence, power and connection, and bridge the gaps across social, generational, digital and attitudinal divides.

This report contains information on why and how we do that – on our model, our delivery priorities, our programmes, our impact, our finances and the supporters who make South London Cares what it is. Most importantly, it's full of the colour, love, vibrancy and stories shared that make South London Cares special.

We're so grateful to everyone who makes this community network a reality – our funders and partners, our team, and most importantly the younger and older neighbours who together are reducing isolation and loneliness in our rapidly changing city.

Please do read and share the report (it's readable, we promise!) – and thank you to everyone who's part of the community. We can't wait to do even more in 2017 and beyond.
