String out the bunting, crack out the cake and get your best tropical outfit at the ready: South London Cares is turning 2!
To celebrate we’re holding a huge party in Brixton on the 14th of August, and we’d love for you to be there. There will be live music, a raffle and a competition for the best tropical outfit – what’s not to love? So come along and share the joy with Marguerita, Tony and the gang!
We’re in such a bright, festive mood that we’re stretching out the celebrations all throughout August: with a carnival party in Stockwell, a ballroom tea dance in West Norwood, and even our very own sports day in Elephant and Castle!
Thank you for everything that you do to bring fun, laughter and friendship into the lives of your older neighbours. Frances told us recently: "I'm never keen to rush home, as I know nobody will be there, but I always rush to social clubs as they're jolly good fun!"
