February Social Clubs: fancy a pint?

At this chilly time of year it’s even more important than usual to give your older neighbours something to look forward to, and a reason to brave the cold!

Forget romance or mushy Valentine's plans this February - at SLC we’re all about community love, so why not show your neighbours you care by joining them for a pint at pub club? With 21 social clubs in the shortest month of the year, we're packing in all the fun.

Recently our older neighbour Pat told us: 'I've not laughed so much in ages - these outings really keep me going!' So, thanks to you - our amazing volunteers - for all the amazing things you're already doing to make your older neighbours feel vibrant, visible and valued!

We’re starting a brand new script-reading club for the dramatic amongst you, a swing dancing lesson for the sure-footed, and a trip to a Chocolate Museum for the sweet toothed! To sign up to any of the social clubs in February (dates below), please email [email protected].
