SLC is turning one!

At the end of August, South London Cares will be celebrating its first birthday! To mark the occasion, we are holding a pub quiz in aid of SLC – and we'd love for you to join us!

The action will unfold at Brixton's gem, Dogstar, from 7pm on Wednesday 19th August.

Hosted by award-winning comedian Tom Webb, and featuring filmed questions from our older neighbours, it promises to be a quiz like no other.

There will also be a raffle, with the chance to win some fantastic prizes, and the premiere of our brand new film about the work you, our volunteers, do every day.

We would love for you to come and celebrate South London Cares' birthday with us. After all, this is your birthday as much as anyone's. Thanks to you guys – our wonderful Cares family – we have shared laughter, companionship and connections with over 400 older neighbours across Southwark and Lambeth in just a year. It's a great achievement and it'd be great to mark that with you.

Teams of up to six are welcome. Either come 'team ready' or make a team on the night. Bring friends, family, colleagues – the lot! It's sure to be a blast.
