At the start of September, Frances and her pals gave some serious attitude in Brixton at a London Fashion Week Party, discussing dungarees and modelling their own collections. 

The neighbours came in their favourite outfits. Kathryn wore her favourite colours purple and green, the ever-dapper Hugh donned top hat and some rather fetching lilac corduroy trousers, whilst Robyn wore her gorgeous floppy sunhat and polka dot dress.

Neighbours got into teams to take on three fashion challenges. First they designed their own collections (check out the creativity below!). Then they did a picture quiz naming the who’s who of the fashion world. Finally each team had two minutes to delve into the dressing up box and put together a catwalk-worthy outfit and strut their stuff. 

The neighbours swapped stories about their favourite garments. Ruth shared photos of her recent wedding whilst everyone was keen for Frances to bring along photos of her in her Women’s Land Army dungarees at her next club.

It was a fun afternoon. And who knows – you may see Frances, Ruth or Kathryn on the catwalk again soon!
