July social clubs: happy birthday to us!

In July, school’s out, sun’s (hopefully) out, and we want you to get out and celebrate as South London Cares will be turning 3.

Join us at our Treasure Hunt & Third Birthday Party Extravaganza, where you’ll be orienteering round north Lambeth and Walworth to find your neighbours’ memories, and completing challenges as you go. Then celebrate with your older neighbours at our Third Birthday Party with live music – click here to find out more! We are taking the first 35 volunteers that sign up.

You could also get giggly with Olive and John at our Comedy Workshop in Brixton (led by professional comedian Jamie), or tap your toes with Shirley and Joe at our Summer Ball in West Norwood.

As always thank you so much for being a part of our growing community. You are the reason our older neighbours come along, get involved and leave happy. An older neighbour recently told us “I would describe SLC as the place to be instead of staying home: you come and meet with friendly young people… It’s lovely”.
