It’s been found through research that friendship can help improve our health, reduce stress, increase feelings of belonging, and do wonders for our confidence. Sounds great right? But have you ever thought about what friendship means to you? What makes a good friend?
This March we have 18 social clubs planned, including Art and Crafts, Ballroom and Latin dance, and a trip to Vauxhall City Farm!
This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating connection and friendship with Amadea and Maria, who have been matched up on our Love Your Neighbour programme for over five years now and in that time have shared more than 180 hours of company and conversation.
