The Team

Our core team work day-to-day to devise and deliver the projects and partnerships that connect people and build communities in south London. We are based at 3Space International House in Brixton right in the heart of our target area. To contact us to get involved, or if you have a query, email [email protected] or contact us using the form linked below.

Andy Naylor (He/Him) - Head of Programmes

Andy manages South London Cares' programmes and supports the team. When he's not working you can find Andy running up hills very slowly, having a bop round the kitchen to "It's raining men" or eating a choc ice in front some incredible telly.

Contact Andy if you or your organisation want to work with South London Cares, or with general enquiries.

Julia Brow (She/Her) - Outreach and Engagement Coordinator

Julia is our outreach and engagement co-ordinator responsible for welcoming new neighbours to South London Cares, strengthening and establishing new relationships with community partners and leading on our proactive outreach. Julia has lived in south Lambeth for several years. Outside work, she loves going to the cinema, watching live music, and befriending every cat and dog she meets.

Fleur Finch (She/They) - Programme Coordinator (Social Clubs)

Fleur coordinates the Social Clubs programme at South London Cares with Dupé, designing clubs and finding exciting opportunities for older and younger neighbours to share new experiences. She is a born and bred South Londoner, having grown up in West Norwood. When they’re not at work, Fleur can often be found bargain hunting in local junk shops or watching her guilty pleasure TV show, Real Housewives.

Dupé Craig (He/Him) - Programme Coordinator (Social Clubs)

Dupé coordinates the Social Clubs programme at South London Cares with Enoch, designing clubs and finding exciting opportunities for older and younger neighbours to share new experiences. He was born in Southwark and still remembers the smell of Suya kebab down Peckham High Street as a boy. When he’s not at work, Dupé can be seen in venues around London performing live music, tickling ribs with his stand up comedy or eating food from around the world – Dupé loves food.

Lauren Barr (She/Her) - Love Your Neighbour Programme Coordinator (Lambeth)

Lauren leads on our Love Your Neighbour programme in Lambeth, connecting younger and older neighbours for one-to-one friendship. Lauren was born and bred in Lambeth, and some of her favourite places include the borough's hidden green spaces and Colombian bakeries: she's a sucker for empanadas!

Emily Martin (She/Her) - Love Your Neighbour Programme Coordinator (Southwark)

Emily leads on our Love Your Neighbour programme in Southwark, connecting younger and older neighbours for one-to-one friendship. South London is her treasured home since arriving from New Zealand. When she’s not enjoying shows at the Young Vic or Southwark Playhouse, you can find her seeking out music, creative events, cheap eats or even wandering the beaches of the Thames, spotting pieces of history as the mud reveals them.

South London Cares is part of The Cares Family, with sibling charities in London, Manchester and Liverpool. We share a CEO, Managing Director, senior leadership team and trustees.
