For the third year running, South London Cares has delivered our ambitious Winter Wellbeing programme – a pro-active outreach effort to help our older neighbours in Southwark and Lambeth stay warm, active, healthy and connected during the most isolating time of year.
In the summer, we will be marking six years of friendship shared between younger and older neighbours across our patch. And to celebrate, we're having our biggest party yet.
